- Spacious 46'X60' BALLROOM PLUS 42.9'X30' Pre-Function area directly outside ballroom - all air-conditioned!
- We feature 6' tables. Tables come with two (2) chairs.
- Easy load-in/out. Load-in entrance near Ballroom or Main Hotel Entrance, making it convenient for our valued Vendors.
- Free Parking!
- Paid Vendors are entitled to: Two (2) lanyard day passes. Passes do not include post-convention special events such as parties.
- Ballroom, Atrium, Panel Room, and Film Festival areas are all air-conditioned.
- Clean bathroom facilities near ballroom and atrium.
- Security guards on-duty during convention.
- Artists/Authors/Filmmakers/Musicians: make in-person impressions!
- Personal customer service reporting directly to the owners/organizers.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing table coverings/tablecloths.
- No merchandise with graphic nudity visible to our guests is allowed - graphic images must be covered up.
