- Location: Hampton Inn & Suites, Oldsmar/NW Tampa
4017 Tampa Road, Oldsmar, Florida, 34677 - Spacious 106'x29' BALLROOM PLUS 64'x16' Pre-Function area directly outside ballroom - all air-conditioned!
- We feature 6' tables. Tables come with two (2) chairs. Three (3) Vendor spaces with 8' Tables in Pre-Function area outside the ballroom are available for purchase, first come, first served.
- Easy load-in/out. Load-in from Ballroom Entrances or Main Hotel Entrance, making it convenient for our valued Vendors.
- Free Parking!
- Paid Vendors are entitled to: Two (2) lanyard day passes. Passes do not include post-convention special events such as parties.
- Ballroom, Pre-Function area directly outside ballroom, film festival/panel area all air-conditioned.
- Clean bathroom facilities.
- Security guards on-duty during convention.
- Artists/Authors/Filmmakers/Musicians - make in-person impressions!
- Personal customer service reporting directly to the owners/organizers.
- Vendors are responsible for bringing table coverings/tablecloths.
- No merchandise with graphic nudity visible to our guests is allowed - graphic images must be covered up.
