Now in our 10th year, Tampa Bay Screams continues our tradition of bringing fans and independent filmmakers together to celebrate horror and cult movies.  Be sure to submit your film now for consideration of our award.

Our Tampa Bay Screams Film Festival is presented by FilmMaker Berserk, the  

Ultimate Independent Film Business Course!

Your feature or short film must be Horror/Sci-Fi/ Thriller/Post-Apocalyptic/Sword & Sorcery or Exploitation.  Short films are considered 50 minutes or less.

If selected, your film will screen at the Tampa Bay Screams film festival and may be eligible for our awards.

Submission fees and deadlines are as follows:

Early Bird Deadline: February 9, 2026

Shorts - $15 / Features - $20

Regular Deadline: March 9, 2026

Shorts - $20 / Features - $25

Late Deadline: April 9, 2026

Shorts - $30 / Features - $35

Notification Date: April 23, 2026
